Digital Goods No-Return Policy

At Blueprintbuddies, we specialize in providing digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, we have established the following No-Return and No-Refund Policy.

2. Policy Statement

All sales of digital products—including, but not limited to, digital templates are considered final. Under EU and UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the day after your contract is formed to cancel your purchase for any reason. Digital content (like software, apps, games, or music) is exempt from the standard right of withdrawal if you agree to download it immediately.

Because digital content cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Inability to use the file due to lack of compatible software or device limitations.

  • Dissatisfaction with the product's style or content.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are gaining immediate access to the digital content and waive your right to cancel or request a refund for this transaction.

3. Technical Support and Exceptions

We are committed to the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds, we will provide assistance if you encounter technical errors:

  • Corrupted or Incomplete Files: If you find that a file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise technically defective, please contact our support team at info@blueprintbuddies.com within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a functional replacement.

  • Access Issues: If you did not receive your download link or are having trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us with your Order Number at info@blueprintbuddies.com, and we will assist you in gaining access to your files.

4. Customer Responsibility

Prior to purchasing, it is your responsibility to:

  • Carefully review the product description, system requirements, and any provided samples or previews.

  • Ensure that your hardware and software are compatible with the product format (e.g., [e.g., PDF, ZIP, MP4, etc.]).

  • Download and secure your files immediately after purchase. We do not guarantee the long-term storage of your files on our servers.
